The girls and guys nextdoor

Sometimes I don't understand why do they have to shout continuously like they are getting rXXXX? Especially when it's already 2am...Surely there are some better ways of showing that you are having fun than disturbing the whole block and the residential area behind our hostel?
Nice and friendly people they are...but sometimes they really deserve the 'shut up' screamed at them from our poor neighbours...
