Wooohooo :D
FINALLY, the end of hell week is here :D:D I feel like I'm 10 kg lighter!!! A lot has happened for the past one week...
First, a job interview with hceT nocimeS last friday, followed by half-day of interviews with bosses on Saturday and managed to get the offer. I'm truly grateful for that...and I like the people in the company a lot, very kind and friendly. Decision had to be made in 7 days. AIH.
Tuesday was interview with CGJ. Okok lo...the Jap manager was funny.
Wednesday was Refining midterm test worth 35%. Wthhhhh...it was my most unprepared test in uni life cause all time was spent on doing design project zzzzzz. Studied for less than 8 hrs for this 35%. Of course didn't do well...but yang lepas biar lepas haha.
Thursday was design project's process development report deadline. Spent whole day rushing it till 11+ pm. Not a piece of good work as well, incoherent group report, everyone has own style T.T
Friday was interview with noxxE.I think I did okay...but I think I wasn't fully prepared for those HR questions, forgot to praise myself in certain aspects, shit. Always have this kinda feeling after interview...something should have been done differently.
As for Tech offer, after considering hard, I think I still have an unfinished 'dream' in O&G industry...I know my chance of getting noxxE is still less than 50% after attending the second interview but I still want to give it a try :s So yea...I rejected it. Still feeling a lil sad now. Cause my potential boss actually called and asked why. Boohooooo T.T
2pm-8pm was spent on doing advanced process control (APC) project. BLUR is the only feeling I have toward this module. I wonder where is the line that lies between being kiasu and being serious about work? Spent hours going in circle. I was already dead toward the end cause I woke up at 6am in the morning. Luckily after the meeting we had a good meal and good chat in Sushi Tei, Holland Village :):)
Saturday. It was a rainy morning, perfect for sleeping. BUT I had to wake up at 7am to study for APC cause meeting again later. Hahaa enough said. Hock was probably gg crazy coz me and yy kept teasing him lol. Quite fun to do project with them except for the indecisive part haha :)
Past one week was extremely NO LIFE, very typical of a hard core chem eng student. I don't wanna be like that!!! I dislike E5 comp lab!!! It's such an evil place, filled with chem eng students no matter what time it is, kiasuness in the air~~ Hahaa I think I'm very not motivated for studies this sem cause I set my priority as job seeking...but I really need to work harder for my APC and refining :)
~I have a new mouse which is big and very nice to click :) Love it and love the person who gave it to me :)~
And I love the weather :D
